The feeling when we could take off our glasses and see a halo of light, sunsets in every direction, is almost indescribable. I can compare it to witnessing the Atlantis Shuttle take off in May of 2010. It was breathtaking, awe-inspiring, and tears formed because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pictures do not do it justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I wouldn’t mind traveling to Iceland in a few years to see another one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a family of space buffs, it was a big deal for us to all request the day off and spend it together. I know some people just didn’t seem to care, and obviously a lot of places were business as usual, but in my mind, even if it’s not something you’re passionate about, try it out anyway, or in this case, take the time to appreciate this amazing universe we live in!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Today in Ohio we got the once in a lifetime experience, a total solar eclipse we didn’t need to travel for.
