Our current project is finishing our upstairs hallway closet. It’s a long, narrow space that offers access to the attic above our kitchen, and cat tootsie rolls… Yup, it’s a spot where we put a litterbox. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our goal is to do a little drywall mud work. Nothing extreme because it’s a crap space. Coat it in Kilz primer. Paint it, put in new flooring, get a shelf to store blankets\/misc. stuff, and house a litterbox. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eventually we will redo the upstairs lighting and put in a celing light.<\/p>\n\n\n

So far, we did drywall mud, sanding, and priming. We have paint colors picked and mixed, and flooring purchased. The project will probably die out until cookie season wraps towards the end of March. Cookies turn into a full time job, and on top of my two (just finished up my 3rd) part time jobs, there just isn’t time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

February always turns crazy busy for us. I generally start modeling for the semester. Cookie booth season starts. There’s always a project or two. The weather is unpredictable, so it’s a complete guess on how much we will suffer each weekend at a cookie booth.
