Oh look, another attempt at a blog. I\u2019ve had many starts and stops over the years with blogging. From cowgarfamilyadventures.blogspot.com<\/a>, to palebluehomestead.blogspot.com<\/a>, to palebluehomestead.com<\/a>. I do plan to keep palebluehomestead.com<\/a> active, even though it hasn\u2019t been in some time. Although homesteading is something we really won\u2019t be diving into (besides the chickens), it encompasses our homeschooling journey, debt payoff plan, home renovations, and lots of other family shenanigans. Luke even has his own website, thebeardedluke.com<\/a>, to eventually document his airplane building experience, once we get that far in life, which I\u2019m sure I\u2019ll also share tidbits of that adventure on here and at Pale Blue Homestead<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new adventure, catastrophicstardust.com, is more of a personal project. I see it as a hodge podge of writings, health updates, debt payoff stuff, and other thoughts I feel like sharing. I don\u2019t know, I guess we\u2019ll see if it sticks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve always been a wannabe writer, jotting down ramblings in the sidelines of notebooks at school. I have 4-6 story ideas started on my computer, I\u2019ve tried and failed to participate in NaNoWriMo, I\u2019ve searched out Pinterest for story prompt ideas, and I\u2019ve even dabbled in Fan Fiction (although I read more than I write\u2026lol)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, why not start off with some rambling words. Here\u2019s my first writing to share on this new blog, inspired by my Instagram handle that\u2019s become part of my online persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Catastrophic Stardust<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

\u201cLet us follow the trail of mushrooms, dotting the moss covered rocks. Let us listen to the wind carry whispers of stories long ago. We can tell each other secrets as the sun shines warmly, and play games in the shadows of the clouds floating past.<\/em><\/p>

And if you find yourself separated from me when the veil thins, you only need to check the forest after night falls, when the moon smiles, and the fireflies dance.<\/em><\/p>

There you\u2019ll find me under the trees in a sea of darkness, following the rogue rivers, full of rust and catastrophic stardust, to the shimmering void in the valle<\/em>y below.<\/em><\/p>
